 Peeling Chrome on my Foose Wheels
As an avid hot rodder and custom motorcycle enthusiast who buys a lot of chrome for all my vehicles and toys, I must say I am dissapointed with my 22" Speedster design Foose Wheels on my Lincoln Navigator.
The chrome is thin in spots around the wheel and peeling around the center cap real bad on all four wheels. I have sent numerous e-mails to the Foose company, none have been responded to. I also called the manufacturer for the wheels with little to no reply back as to "why" the chrome is peeling and what can they do about it. I know Chip Foose does not build these wheels but as a guy who designs some pretty sharp cars I would think he would NOT want his name on an inferior product. My Foose peeled after 4 months
I bought 18X8 and 20X8.5 Foose wheels and the chrome started peeling within 4 months. I Cant believe Chip or Sam would want their name on an inferior product, but that's what they are- inferior!!!! Still in deliberation. I spent YEARS saving up for the right wheels for my ride. I am absolutely sick over this.
